How can Europe ensure that patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals can access clear, trustworthy cancer information?
That's the focus of an upcoming event from the EU-CIP project, titled Shaping Europe’s Cancer Information Portal: A Stakeholder Co-Creation Forum. It will bring together patients, clinicians, policymakers and digital health experts to help develop this much needed respository of facts and figures about the disease.
The event will combine keynote perspectives, project insights, and participants sharing their own personal experiences.
It will also inform stakeholder engagement and policy outreach activities.

EU-CIP (European Cancer Information Portal) is a European initiative under Horizon Europe to improve access to evidence-based cancer information for patients, survivors, caregivers and the general public.
By creating a network of patient-centred information, supported by a shared library of trusted content, the project will:
- strengthen health literacy
- reduce inequalities in access to information
- support better informed decisions throughout the cancer journey
Stakeholder input ensures that the platform responds to real-world needs across healthcare systems and patient communities.
